First Step Health Collective (established in 2018), we specialise in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Disability Support Work, Allied Health Assistance & Mentoring. We provide comprehensive holistic support for individuals of all ages, goals, and conditions.
Our dedicated multidisciplinary team includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Disability Support Workers, Allied Health Assistants, and Mentors. We cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals with acquired brain injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic illnesses. Our commitment is to empower every client to achieve their personal goals.
